A Track Record Built on Major Midlands Projects

Our recent work in the region includes the full refurbishment of DC4 at Prologis Park Ryton in Coventry, a 166,820 sq ft distribution unit brought up to an EPC A rating with new MEPH services, EV charging infrastructure and solar PV, and the CAT A internal and external refurbishment of Unit C at Swift Valley Industrial Park in Rugby, a 122,000 sq ft warehouse for Threadneedle Property Investments.

These projects, alongside the wider portfolio of work Pexhurst has completed across Rugby, Northampton and the West Midlands, demonstrate our ability to handle large-scale, occupied and speculative refurbishments with the same attention to quality and programme control throughout.
