A Track Record Built on Major Regional Projects

Our recent work in the region includes the Grade A, fully decarbonised transformation of Building 200 at Colchester Business Park, a 30,316 sq ft office fit-out across two floors for Picton.

We’ve also completed the refurbishment of a retail unit at Thurrock Retail Park, and the fit-out of ChillBox, one of the South East’s largest logistics buildings, both to a CAT A standard.

These projects, alongside the wider portfolio of work Pexhurst has completed across the region, demonstrate our ability to handle Grade A office transformation and industrial refurbishment with the same attention to quality and programme control throughout.
