A Track Record Built on Major Regional Projects

Our recent work in the region includes the refurbishment of 1-3 Faraday Close in Worthing for Tesco Pension Trust, a 261,727 sq ft steel facility that stood as the largest unoccupied building of its kind on the South Coast, brought back into use across four high-bay units with an improved EPC rating. We’ve also refurbished six industrial units across two terraces at Solent Gate in Fareham for Columbia Threadneedle, totalling 55,000 sq ft near Portsmouth harbour.

On the retail side, we delivered a design & build refurbishment of Chestnut Avenue Retail Park in Eastleigh for Paloma Capital, converting a former Homebase unit for two new tenants while the rest of the park remained open and trading. These projects, alongside the wider portfolio of work Pexhurst has completed across the South Coast, demonstrate our ability to handle large-scale industrial restoration, multi-unit refurbishment and live retail environments with the same attention to quality and programme control throughout.
