A Track Record Built on Major Regional Projects

Our recent work in the region includes the dilapidations refurbishment of Unit 03 Symmetry Park in Aston Clinton, a 112,148 sq ft logistics facility restored to a high-quality base build for Tritax Big Box, and a new insulated metal roofing system installed across fifteen occupied units at the M40 Industrial Estate in High Wycombe for Indurent, delivered with full tenant operations maintained throughout.

We’ve also delivered specialist, technically demanding fit-outs in the wider region, including the design and build refurbishment of Magnex Scientific’s Oxford laboratories, featuring a copper-shielded MRI demonstration facility built to a tight budget and programme. These projects, alongside the wider portfolio of work Pexhurst has completed across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, demonstrate our ability to handle complex, technically demanding and occupied refurbishments with the same attention to quality and programme control throughout.
