A Track Record Built on Major Regional Projects

Our previous work in the region includes the fast-turnaround CAT B fit-out of Rivergate House in Newbury for Cognito Limited, delivered in just seven weeks, and the creation of The Clubhouse in Arborfield, Reading for M&G Real Estate, a fully furnished communal amenity space complete with gym, co-working lounge and outdoor kitchen.

We’ve also delivered a highly sustainable refurbishment at 160 Edinburgh Avenue on Slough Trading Estate for SEGRO, achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and featuring a living green wall, rooftop solar PV and an EPC A+ rating.
