A Track Record Built on Major Regional Projects

Our recent work in the region includes the reinstatement of Eldon Way in Paddock Wood for Logicor, a complete rebuild of a mid-terrace industrial unit following fire damage, delivered while 7 of the terrace’s 10 units remained fully operational. We’ve also completed a sustainability-focused refurbishment at Unit A Woolborough Lane in Crawley for CBRE IM, raising the building’s clear height through reuse of the original steel structure and achieving a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.

Elsewhere in the region, we’ve delivered a major refurbishment at Cannon Lane in Tonbridge for M&G Real Estate ahead of a new tenant fit-out, and a six-warehouse refurbishment on Transfesa Road in Paddock Wood for Logicor, coordinated closely with an incoming tenant’s own fit-out contractors to protect their move-in date. These projects, alongside the wider portfolio of work Pexhurst has completed across Kent and Sussex, demonstrate our ability to handle complex works, sustainability-led refurbishment and closely coordinated multi-tenant programmes with the same attention to quality and programme control throughout.
