A Track Record Built on Major Regional Projects

Our recent work in the region includes the refurbishment of Hailey House at Haileybury, a Grade II listed building on the Haileybury school estate in Hertford, delivered within a tight seven-week summer holiday programme, and the £1M CAT A transformation of three industrial units at the Merlin Centre in St Albans for Aberdeen Standard Investments.

We’ve also delivered a sustainability-focused CAT A office refurbishment at 4 Centrium Business Park in St Albans for BMO Real Estate Partners, achieving a “Very Good” Considerate Constructors Scheme rating. These projects, alongside the wider portfolio of work Pexhurst has completed across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, demonstrate our ability to handle listed building restoration, large-scale industrial refurbishment and specialist healthcare fit-out with the same attention to quality and programme control throughout.
