A Track Record Built on Major South West & Bristol Projects

Our recent work in the region includes the refurbishment of a 423,202 sq ft distribution warehouse for Hines at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, one of the largest projects our team has undertaken, and the conversion of the former Sainsbury’s cold store into the Titan Distribution Centre in Yate for Mileway, a 255,686 sq ft CAT A logistics facility.

We’ve also delivered a sustainability-focused refurbishment of DC115 at Cabot Park, Bristol for Brightbay Real Estate Partners, incorporating solar PV, EV charging infrastructure and a range of circular economy initiatives. These projects, alongside the wider portfolio of work Pexhurst has completed across the South West, demonstrate our ability to handle large-scale, complex and sustainability-led industrial refurbishments with the same attention to quality and programme control throughout.
