Complete CAT A fit-out and refurbishment of 12 commercial units. This included all M&E services and finishes to tea-points, toilets, service corridors, first floor and mezzanine areas.
Pexhurst worked closely with the client and their professional team to ensure all works and finishes matched the specific design intent required of the Workspace brand.
Some of the projects interesting features included the installation of bespoke metal staircases and balustrading to the architects’ design.
Each of the 12 commercial units were fitted with new tea-point facilities, toilets and full DDA accessible WCs’ to the ground floors.
Finishes of a specialist nature included Oak floors, exposed M&E services and finished concrete walls and columns.
Silestone worktops and Black Zip taps were installed to complement the Workspace brand environment further.
