Pexhurst was delighted to pick up a FIS Award for it’s £1m refurb project at Poland Street for client DTZ investors working with TFT London. The awards, held at the London Dorchester Hotel was attended by almost 600 people.
Director, Nick Tagliarini picked up the award and commented: “It’s always a great achievement for the Pexhurst team to pick up an award, especially in recognition of our work. To do this in our 40th year in business makes it even more special. We are all delighted!”
The £1m project, over 21 weeks, involved internal and external refurbishment works at the London offices, which included new electrical services, AC and a fully renovated reception area.
