Career Background: Martin Vella is the second generation to manage Pexhurst, and joined the family business in 1990. Martin became Managing Director in 1995, and became responsible for all of the company’s activities, including outlining strategy and ensuring implementation of client service programmes. In the last three decades, he has seen the company grow from a turnover of less than £1m to a fully sustainable medium-sized SME. In his spare time, Martin enjoys supporting Tottenham Hotspur, looking after his chickens and playing golf.
