Pexhurst recently completed a £974,000 Cat B office fit-out.
The works undertaken comprised of alterations to the M&E services, including the formation of new glazed and solid partitions, along with the installation of new doors.
To further improve staff facilities a tea point was installed, along with additional print rooms for this busy Head Office situated in the heart of the City.
As stipulated by the client, the programme took place over a 10 week period and working in this busy, occupied building involved noise restrictions owing to the continuation of trading on other floors.
