Pexhurst Handover 100th Project for Segro

Pexhurst has handed over its 100th project for client SEGRO: the latest event in a ten-year relationship between the two companies.

The project is a refurbishment of a warehouse unit, with a two-story extension and a mezzanine floor built over the main industrial unit. The industrial unit called Polar Park also had its office areas built entirely from scratch.

SEGRO, Europe’s leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, with £3.3 billion of UK assets enjoys Pexhurst’s flexibility and friendliness on the job.

“We have an excellent client relationship with Pexhurst,” says the Property Services Manager at Segro.

“They provide the service we require and they’re flexible and commercially competitive. We always thoroughly enjoy working with their teams and they’re an extremely good quality contractor.”

“We hope to continue this happy relationship for many years to come.”

Over the last decade, Pexhurst’s success in the industrial sector has resulted in specialist project teams being created.

Pexhurst Director Darren Moss says:

“This is the one area where we know the work inside out. When we provide clients with our specialised teams they always exceed expectations due to the fact they go above and beyond the call of duty.”
