Pexhurst has finished a large industrial refurbishment at the Ringway Centre in Basingstoke within a timeframe of 14 weeks. The value of the refurbishment was £520,000
Refurbishing seven industrial units in two blocks, the fit-out contractors liaised with five tenants to overcome logistical challenges during construction.
The aim of the project was to modernise an outdated block of 1980’s industrial units. This involved refurbishing the exterior by fitting new canopy’s integrated into the curtain walling panels, re-landscaping and repainting windows.
Pexhurst also changed the entrance and exits to make them more distinguishable.
Project Manager, Alan Bridge said:
“This was no ordinary refurbishment we also installed new lighting systems and lamppost heads. On one unit we also refurbished the interior achieving the new modern look the client wanted. The Ringway Centre now looks much more presentable.”
