We’re proud to have partnered with CA Devonshire Partnership for client Royal & Sun Alliance c/o BMO Real Estate Partners for their flagship project under their new sustainability plan – 4 Centrium Business Park in St Albans.
The sustainability plan focussed on nine key areas:
- Building quality with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
- Material efficiency
- Sustainable energy systems
- Water efficiency
- Waste reduction
- Positive social impact
- Health and wellbeing
- Minimising impact of transportation
- Climate adaptation and resilience especially flooding
Some of the outstanding qualities across the three CAT A floors include energy efficient lighting, low energy heating, EV charging points and 100% waste recycling.
As the main contractor on this project, we’re happy to have brought this office space with a focus on sustainability to life and are proud to have achieved a rating of Very Good from the Considerate Constructors Scheme!
