Career Background: Charlie started his journey on the Pexhurst Apprenticeship scheme as a Trainee Construction Manager, and soon promoted to Site Manager in 2022. Charlie obtained a Distinction * on his Level 3 Construction Management course, and has recently completed his HNC in Construction Management and Level 6 NVQ in Construction Management. Charlies day to day duties typically involve liaising with different trades ensuring adequate materials are available when required, tracking the programme, and ensuring all corresponding Health and Safety paperwork is in place and adhered to. In 2023 Charlie was promoted to Contracts Manager. Charlie enjoys playing golf and fishing in this spare time.
