At the end of 2024, we celebrated the third year of our annual awards that run in conjunction with our bi-monthly ‘Above and Beyond’ and ‘Project Excellence’ awards. This recognition emphasises our appreciation and celebrates our hard-working team.

Employee of the Year 2024, as voted by the Pexhurst Team –
Mary Regan, Commercial/ Contracts Manager
For embodying the Pexhurst pillar, ‘Approachable’. Mary has built strong relationships with clients and the professional team alike, and is continually recognised for her organisation and proactive attention to detail, which is a glowing endorsement of her work. Mary is always happy to help despite her own commitments, and therefore it is no surprise that she has been recognised for this award.
Rising Star 2024, as voted by the Pexhurst Team –
Bobby Palmer, Assistant Site Manager
For embodying the Pexhurst pillar, ‘Progressive’. Bobby’s growth over the past year has been exceptional. He shows a willingness to learn, both on the job and in his own time, and isn’t afraid to reach out to colleagues for advice when needed. He is hard working and has performed well both academically and on site, and with that his confidence has grown from strength to strength.
Special Recognition Award 2024, as voted by the Pexhurst Directors –
Elaine Coffey, Document Control Manager
For embodying the Pexhurst pillar, ‘Dependable’. Elaine is a real asset to the team, working diligently over the past 14 years with exceptional attention to detail and is seen very much as a safe pair of hands who can be relied on. Elaine works under her own initiative, and successfully tackles tasks that are sent her way.
