Pexhurst 2022 Awards Announced!

As 2023 is now well underway, and Pexhurst are growing from strength to strength, we take a moment to share how grateful we are to our greatest asset, the Pexhurst team!

With 50% of the team celebrating 10+ years’ service with us this year, we understand the importance of a team that is inspired and enjoy what they do.

With that said, we have introduced three new annual awards that compliment our Site Proud and Above and Beyond monthly awards, to emphasise our appreciation and to celebrate Pexhurst’s hard-working individuals.

And the winners are…

Employee of the Year 2022 – Contracts/ Commercial Manager, Dan Beadle

For embodying the Pexhurst pillar, ‘Approachable’. Dan has built strong relationships with clients, providing them with confidence through his proactive attention to detail on the delivery of projects. Dan has achieved this whilst working towards his Construction Management degree in which he is also on course to achieve a First Class.

Rising Star 2022 – Site Manager, Ashley Williams

For embodying the Pexhurst pillar, ‘Progressive’. Ashley has shown a desire to broaden his skill set and push the delivery of his projects using a variety of solutions. He shows a willingness to learn, both on the job and in his own time, and builds exceptional relationships with clients.

Recognition Award 2022 – Andrew Vint

For embodying the Pexhurst pillars, ‘Dependable’. Andrew has worked diligently over the last fifteen years with exceptional attention to detail and is seen very much as a safe pair of hands who can be relied on to get the job done. He works under his own initiative, and successfully tackles tasks that are sent his way.

Managing Director Martin Vella summarises, ‘I congratulate all of the above and look forward to the wider team being rewarded over the coming months and years.’
