Career Background: Jake joined Pexhurst through our bespoke apprenticeship scheme as a Trainee Site Manager . He is currently working towards his Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor (Built Environment), whilst getting hands on experience on site. In 2023 Jake was promoted to Assistant Site Manager and in 2024 was promoted to Site Manager. In his spare time, he enjoys socialising with friends, playing football and playing the guitar.
