Career Background: Aaron started his journey in the construction industry as an Assistant Engineer, he joined Pexhurst’s bespoke training scheme in 2023 as an Assistant Site Manager and is currently working towards a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship. In his spare time, he enjoys music events, and racing go karts.
