Pexhurst has completed work on the 2nd floor of 33 Charlotte Street in central London. Work included stripping out existing partitions, ceilings and finishes to enable a Cat A refurbishment to be undertaken. This included replacing all mechanical ventilation and ducting, lighting and under-floor small power. Pexhurst also refurbished the adjacent lift lobby with the brief to match floor levels above from the new incoming tenants who occupied the floor above.
The project had an interesting twist by way of mid-programme design changes, as the incoming tenant required a modern open ceiling void style, and required all services to be visible with an industrial feel. The project was closed out on a programme with a very happy incoming tenant.
