It’s been a very positive start to 2021 and we are optimistic about the year ahead. We’ve already been instructed to deliver a range of exciting refurbishment and fit-out projects, from small and niche office schemes to large scale multi-million pound logistics and warehouse refurbishments.
We have excellent financial stability and a strong pipeline of projects across a range of sectors.
The solid foundations that our financial stability gives us is something we have been working towards for years, as it enables us to deliver successful projects for clients without having to comprise the Pexhurst approach. We have a high quality and reliant supply chain that we can depend upon for all of our projects, no matter the type or scale. Access to extensive resources means we can fast track delivery of projects where needed.
We pride ourselves on the retention of our employees; creating a supportive environment for our people to learn and develop. This year, several of our employees will celebrate more than 10 years working at Pexhurst. Myself included, as I enjoy 30 years at the business.
We are growing the size of our team, taking on apprentices, graduates, and experienced members of staff in our head office and on site, to ensure we deliver to the best standards. Our people are passionate about the projects we deliver, ensuring that they are completed to a high quality, on time, and to budget, no matter the challenges they may face with directors remaining on hand every step of the way.
We are well placed to manage any project from start to finish, no matter the challenges. Our teams are skilled for the lifecycle of a project, from groundworks to total turnkey services, providing assurance to clients.
Investing in innovation and digital solutions is important to us. We have invested in a range of solutions over recent years which are not only helping clients to overcome challenges posed by Covid, but also to increase speed and efficiency across all aspects of their property projects.
Pexhurst recognises its responsibility to act alongside clients and suppliers to drive sustainability. We are working with clients to improve their energy and sustainability credentials and work towards very good and excellent BREEAM ratings as well as net zero carbon targets.
