Pexhurst recently handed over a CAT A refurbishment of an office and reception in Weybridge. The reception interior was inspired by designer Oktra, who formed part of the professional team, consisting of Malcolm Hollis and Pexhurst.
The 12-week programme had a construction value of £800,000 and the agents have reported high tenant interest in the site, which is in close proximity of Weybridge train station, with good links to Central London. Part of the project also involved re-spraying the whole external elevation and new landscaping, which has given the whole building and grounds a fresh enhanced look.
