Our delivery team has been making great progress on our site in Thurrock, just off the M25!
It’s one of the South-East’s largest and coolest logistics buildings with a floor space of approximately 196,178 sq ft. across 4 chiller chambers that are individually controlled.
External works are near to completion with the entire external face of the cladding curtain walling being sprayed and newly coated roof, internally the complete refurbishment works are progressing including new suspended ceilings and all new doors and ironmongery.
The team are currently testing and commissioning various areas of the mechanical and electrical installations, with a particular focus on the sprinkler system, fire alarms and chillers.
