The complete strip out and refurbishment of seven lecture theatres carried out during the summer university shutdown.
Works comprised the complete strip out of all areas, including notifiable asbestos removal, and full refurbishment comprising new acoustic ceilings and wall panels, M&E adaption and renewal together with new sound systems and computerised lecture aids. All areas were completed with new colour co-ordinated carpeting and furniture.
