This 122,000 square foot modern detached warehouse project in Rugby is located within the ‘Golden Triangle’, and sits on the Swift Valley Industrial Estate, a renowned logistics destination for occupiers like The Range, Culina and DHL.
The work scope included the changing of existing roof lights and new coatings externally and internally. This included the preparation and application of a clear coating to the warehouse floor, an interesting change from the standard grey resin floors we undertake for lots of our clients.
External works included the spraying of the entire external envelope and extensive resin repairs to the existing service yard ensures the unit is fully operational for any incoming tenant.
In the office areas works were completed to a luxurious Grade A standard with full height cubicles and new duct panels, sanitaryware and vanity units. Completely new M&E services installation including comfort cooling and heating to further enhance the overall facilities.
