Refurbishment of a 4th floor office overlooking the River Thames which included the installation of a completely new lighting scheme, AC throughout, bespoke plasterboard ceiling rafts incorporating strip lighting, feature walls and columns with a specialist render finish.
We also carried out the refurbishment of 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor toilets throughout the building, including an enhanced specification of vanity units, cubicles and duct panelling consisting of a sprayed finish. Common areas were also enhanced.
Alterations to the existing Communications Room included the removal of specialist equipment, reduction of the room size with the demolition and construction of partition walls to create an enlarged space for the adjacent restaurant to extend their space.
Due to the sensitive location, site management of project logistics was carefully planned and managed throughout the programme, that involved close liaison with the building manager.
