Sutton Court is made up of a collection of exclusive one-, two- and three- bedroom rental apartments and penthouses just thirty minutes from Central London. Located in Sutton, one of London's greenest boroughs, with plenty of surrounding green open space and multiple transport connections just a walk away.
This £760,000 project was an exciting one for the Pexhurst team with its residential spin. Work included installing a gym with a hi-tech music system, to motivate its members! A former waste facility area was converted into a new concierge office along with a parcel safe room. On the second floor, a lounge area with kitchenette was installed. This also Included the installation of a stunning chandelier and additional lighting throughout the newly formed lounge area.
Additional work included installation of washrooms and a new sprinkler system. Pexhurst worked closely with the architects on this project to deliver their vision and provide a stylish and luxurious look for the residents of Sutton Court.
