External restoration and decoration works to front and rear of Birbeck University properties, works included restoring lead work, brickwork and original windows to original Victorian design along with restoring balconies back to original condition. Metalwork and stonework moulding repairs were also undertaken.
Challenging access issues to rear of the properties was achieved via abseiling trades. The University was live so we had to consider student access at all times
