This City office refurbishment uncovered a beautiful wooden floor that the client decided to keep as part of the original features. The existing office space was completed stripped out and was given a complete redecoration of all areas including damp proofing works and spraying of existing metal ceiling pans.
A new tea-point installation, new skirting trunking in a bespoke RAL to compliment the fully refurbished Parquet timber floor was installed. New bespoke american walnut entrance doors and ironmongery were installed between the office floor and lift reception area which was also fully refurbished with porcelain floor tiles and feature lighting.
The toilets were completely replaced with new IPS units and cubicles in american walnut finish, Silestone worktops with contemporary fittings and back-lit mirrors.
The client requested all common area finishes to be matched to the other floors within the building and for the retained office M&E services to be fully validated and re-commissioned. The floor plate was ‘opened up’ to provide light, open plan, flexible workspace fully equipped for an incoming tenant to hit the ground running.
