This industrial unit in the heart of North West London previously a bakery and patisserie production facility, required a substantial amount of work to refurbish and bring back to the market.
The internal warehouse floor was planned back and refinished to a high standard ready for a new tenant.
We recoated the existing roof and replaced the roof lights providing more natural light into the new unit. Two new dock levellers were formed and installed to the front elevation to create a USP for this type of unit in this location.
In the offices we replaced the existing glazing with structural curtain walling and new glazing to create a modern space.
The toilets were finished to a high standard, to provide new incoming tenants with a high level of accommodation.
At the rear of the unit we created a new service yard which is 27m deep providing good access for larger vehicles another USP for this unit.
