For an industry that was once seen as slow to adopt new innovations and technologies, at Pexhurst we are not afraid to adjust and improve our day-to-day processes ensuring our services remain efficient and dependable.
“Innovation was key to this industrial project. In preference to demolishing the structure, we raised the clear height of the unit by c. 2.5m to increase its appeal. I was pleased that we were able to reuse as much of the original building as possible and in the process achieve a BREEAM rating of Very Good.” – Senior Analyst at CBRE Investment Management
